Corporate Classes are an amazing opportunity to de-stress, refocus, and pranify, in the middle of your work day! All corporate classes are taught on site by a fully insured and highly trained Instructors. Classes are organized according to your convenience and style preference, and generally run 60 minutes in duration. In addition to the many physical benefits of yoga, students learn techniques in class that will greatly contribute to well being and mental clarity during the challenges of any work day.

BASICS This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. In this straight-forward and supportive class environment, you will learn basic yoga postures, art and benefits of breathing, correct positioning of postures within one’s own body, and how to incorporate props into your practice to increase the freedom and mobility of the body. We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing when practicing yoga. No yoga experience necessary.

LEVEL 1 - This class will dive deep into a broader range of asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners who are ready to grow their practice as well. Yoga experience is recommended.

LEVEL 1-2 This class explores the beginning stages of advanced poses while keeping a focus on developing stamina and flexibility. After learning the basics, we concentrate on jumping forward and back in sun salutations, binding, explore challenging asanas, arm balances, inversions, and more vigorous sequences. An ongoing practice is recommended. (Recommended for students with at least 6 months of practice. The Sunday class is full of Bhakti and inspiration.
